Suntex Marina Investors merged with Windward Marina Group's 13-marina Florida portfolio, pushing Suntex past 100 marinas nationwide and 34 in Florida. Windward grew from a single marina to a leading Florida platform in under seven years. Centerbridge Partners is Suntex's JV partner. Properties added across Panhandle, Atlantic coast, and Gulf coast.
