PORT 32 Adds Refit and Service Capacity at Fort Lauderdale Yard

PORT 32 Marinas has built out its New River property in Fort Lauderdale into a full yacht repair, refit and service yard, installing industry veteran Brian Kelley as general manager of the marina and boatyard. The move signals continued operator appetite for service-heavy revenue at scarce New River waterfront, where repair and refit income can materially lift NOI above pure dockage yields.
