By accessing or using Marina Deal Flow ("the Service"), including the website at marinadealflow.com and any associated newsletters, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Marina Deal Flow provides a newsletter and web-based database tracking marina transactions, listings, and market intelligence in the United States. The Service includes both free and paid tiers (Marina Deal Flow Pro).
User Accounts
To access certain features (including Pro), you may need to provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Pro Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Content and Data Accuracy
Marina Deal Flow makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of transaction data, pricing, and market information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for investment or business decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, data compilations, analysis, and design elements on the Service are the property of Marina Deal Flow. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download data from the Service; resell or redistribute Pro content; impersonate another user; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Marina Deal Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
