Asante Asset Management revived a St. Augustine, Florida marina project that had sat dormant since the early 2000s and is bringing 64 wet slips online for boats up to 55 feet. Distressed entitlements in supply-constrained Florida markets remain one of the cheapest routes to new slip inventory, and a completed exit here sets a comp for similar stalled sites.
