[Pro], partnered with Monarch Alternative Capital, bought Constitution Marina at 28 Constitution Road in Charlestown from [Pro], LLC, whose family had owned it for more than 60 years; price not disclosed. Colliers (Andrew Cantor, Matt Putnam, Dan Grovatt) ran a call-for-offers process that drew 10 offers. The 273-slip marina sits on a long-term Massport ground lease, and the sale needed Massport's approval.
